[CPLUG] Custom computer wanted

Dear Linux fans,

I'm thinking about buying a new desktop as my current one is almost
five years old. 
It seems the big retailers I've looked at (Dell, BestBuy)
want to sell me Windows Vista. 
I thought folks on this list might enjoy sharing about other vendors
that can sell me a bare machine with no O/S so I can
install my own Linux. (Sorry if this is a FAQ ... please feel free
to tell me to go look it up).

Or perhaps someone on this list assembles systems
custom-made? Or knows someone local who does?
