[CPLUG] Custom computer wanted

Dell adds and subtracts models all the time; there used to be more
desktops w/ Ubuntu, but now they seem to be focusing on laptops.

Also check their small business section--you'll find many more
no-OS/FreeDOS/Linux there than in the home section. (I forget, they
might have some Fedora machines hiding in there.)
