[CPLUG] CPLUG at Block Party

The way it has generally gone is that a couple people (often Austin, Nat,
and myself) end up there the whole day, and other people shuffle in and
out.  If you can give 2 hours (perhaps as part of setup/teardown) that would
be very helpful.

Austin: don't forget we need teardown/setup stuff too.  Also, I'm not going
to be able to be there the whole time, so go ahead and expect me for setup
and an hour or so.
